Temperature-Controlled End-over-End, Rotating and Rocking Mixing
Compact incubator with an integrated rotation system, designed to combine precise temperature control with gentle and uniform mixing of samples contained in tubes.
Unlike traditional orbital shaking incubators, this system allows the mixing motion to be adjusted from vertical end-over-end rotation, providing continuous tube inversion, to horizontal rolling/hybridization rotation.
The temperature-controlled chamber can be programmed from 5 °C above ambient temperature up to 60 °C and features a temperature calibration function that can be performed directly in the laboratory.
Thanks to its interchangeable tube holders, the system accommodates various tube sizes, ranging from 0.5 mL to 50 mL, making it particularly versatile for laboratory applications requiring simultaneous incubation and controlled mixing.
It is particularly suitable for sample resuspension, protein binding, nucleic acid purification, histochemistry, hybridization, and temperature-controlled mixing of biological samples.
The ability to accommodate 50 mL tubes with end-over-end rotation also makes it especially suitable for applications requiring gentle mixing through continuous inversion, avoiding the more vigorous agitation typically associated with orbital shakers.

MIX – Combines rotation and rocking motion to achieve more intensive mixing.
PAUSE – Introduces intermittent stops during rotation.
ROCK – Provides a gentle back-and-forth rocking (see-saw) motion.
The model also features a 4.5 × 3" rocking platform and can accommodate a holder for 96 × 0.2 mL PCR tubes/strips/plates in MIX rocking mode.
Tube holders and configurations
Interchangeable tube holders are available for different tube sizes, including 0.5/0.7 mL, 1.5/2.0 mL, 15 mL, and 50 mL, as well as PCR accessories.
Available accessories include a dedicated holder for 50 mL tubes, particularly suitable for applications requiring gentle mixing through continuous rotation and sample inversion.
