Shipping costs
For all the immediate availability products, shipment will be made within 1-2 days from the date of purchase. Dete of delivery is depending on the place of destination: normally, an order is processed in 4-5 days.
For products not immediately available in our warehouse, and produced in Italy, delivery times can be estimated in 10-15 days.
For all intra-EU foreign import goods, which are not subject to customs clearance, the order can be processed in 15-20 days.
For non-EU import products, estimated delivery time depends not only on logistics but also on customs clearance times. Usually, an order is processed within 30 days.
For orders over € 149,00 (excluding VAT) and destination in Italy, shipping is free.
For orders under this minimum indicated amount, cost of a shipment depends on dimensional characteristics and weight of the package as well as the number of packages. Additionally, cost of a shipment can be calculated on the total space occupied on a plane, rather than on the actual weight. This corresponds to the volumetric or dimensional weight.
During the purchase procedure, before the order is confirmed, shipping costs will be displayed by considering the above parameters.
It is possible to request a preliminary estimate of the shipping cost by indicating the type of product you want, the quantities and the final destination of the goods.
In case of payment with the “cash on delivery” option, ad addition of € 8,00 +VAT will be calculated.
Additional information for abroad shipments
Shipping times depend on the final destination of the package, and from any customs clearance procedure, for deliveries to non-EU countries.
Shipping costs are calculated on a planetary area basis and on dimensional/volumetric/weight characteristics of the package.
Any cost for customs clearance and any other kind of charges required by the import rules of the country of destination will be at the buyer’s expense.
Cash on delivery payment method is not available for foreign shipments.
