Glass griinders complete with piston with PTFE terminal part

Borosilicate glass homogenizers complete with PTFE piston.

  • PTFE pestle has 0.15 - 0.25 mm clearance with borosilicate mortar
  • Pestle shaft 6.5 mm
  • Volumes stated are working volumes
  • Ideal for small amounts of tissue
  • Serrated pestle should be used on tough materials such as tumours
  • Avoid excessive generated heat as could cause binding.

The homogenizers are supplied complete with steel piston with PTFE terminal part with Striated bottom.
