With a monochromator-based optical system, integrated shaking and incubation.
This UV-Vis absorbance microplate reader is designed for analytical measurements using 96- and 384-well microplates and cuvettes.
The instrument features a dual-beam optical system with a reference channel, a grating monochromator, and a long-life Xenon Flash lamp. It supports endpoint measurements, kinetic analysis, and spectral scanning over the 200–1000 nm wavelength range.
The system includes automatic calibration of optical components at startup, linear shaking, temperature-controlled incubation, and a 10-inch touchscreen display, allowing standalone operation without an external computer.

Available functions include user access level management, analytical data processing, a standard curve library, FTP data transfer, and export of results in multiple formats.
External keyboard and mouse connections are supported. Results can be printed through a connected computer.

The optional u-Nano plate enables simultaneous analysis of 1 to 16 samples, using volumes of 2–4 µL, for the determination of nucleic acid and protein concentration and purity.

The spectrophotometer is suitable for ELISA assays, protein and nucleic acid quantification, enzyme assays, reaction kinetics studies, UV-Vis absorbance measurements, and biological, biochemical, and pharmaceutical research applications.
