"Sekur-flam" Bunsen burner piezoelectronic

Bunsen model pipe, 11 mm diam. x 130 mm height with valve homologated by the CSE certified conformity DGWG at appliance directive 90/396 EEC (made of nickel-plated brass).

“Sekur-flam” burners are provided with Thermocouplecontrolled Safety Valve to cut off the gas supply in case of accidental extinguishment of the flame (in compliance with Law N. 5038/4183 of April 9th 1975), are approved by “C.S.E.A.” Ministry of the Interior’s Fire Protection Unit and CE certified by the manufacturer N° 51AQ606 I.M.Q.
These valves are equipped with Cock with Safety Needle provided with an anti-withdrawing locking device provided for by E.E.C. directive 90/396.
All “Sekur-flam” burners fed by Town Gas, Natural Gas or Poligas-type Gas distributed by our Company, are provided with CE Certified of Conformity in compliance with E.E.C. directive 90/396.
Ignition system
Turn 1 or 2 anticlockwise turns the cock lever, the valve shall not allow any gas supply.
By pressing the valve spring push button, gas shall be discharged from the upper side of the burner; at the same time, in order to ignite the burner, on the upper side bring a free flame or a piezoelectric lighter near to the thermocouple nozzle.
Keep the valve push button constantly pressed for at least 10 seconds so as to allow the thermocouple to reach the full-open working temperature.
Safety device
In case of accidental extinguishment of the flame, within 40 seconds, owing to the drop in temperature of the thermocouple nozzle, the valve, by means of the incorporated magnetic core, automatically cuts off the
Gas supply.
