What are the payment methods?
On our site you can pay using the following methods:
- Cash on delivery (with surcharge)
- Bank Transfer
- Credit Card with PayPal

Are the products shown on the site all available?
Cheimika’s sales lines include thousands of codes, therefore it is impossible to guarantee immediate availability of all the products displayed on the site. However, we have a large stock for all items, with a continuous reordering level.
What are the delivery times?
- For all immediate availability products shipment will be made within 1-2 days from date of purchase. The delivery date depends on the destination.
- For products not immediately available in our warehouse, and produced in Italy, delivery times can be estimated in 10-15 days.
- For all intra-EU foreign import goods, which are not subject to customs clearance, the order can be processed in 15-20 days.
- For non-EU import products, estimated delivery time depends not only on logistics but also on customs clearance times. Usually, an order is processed within 30 days.
Any event that may cause a delay in processing the order will be immediately reported to the customer.
In case of urgent orders, contact us for a confirmation of stock availability.
In case of Bank Transfer payment, order will be processed after accreditation on our bank account. This time may vary, depending on the issuing bank, and could be from 3 to 6 working days.
Can I pay by credit card?
Of course you can. It is possible to make payment through the safe PayPal server.
Which credit cards can I use to make a payment?
It is possible to pay by credit card using the main cards issued by major Credit Institutions.
